Barbara is an intuitive healer (meaning she holds sacred space for you to tap into your own healing powers) and uses several different modalities to get to the root cause of the discomfort or issue being presented. Using muscle testing to access the subconscious mind in PSYCH-K allows you to access your own subconscious mind (and innate healing systems) to gently rewrite the limiting belief software that may well be holding you in the pattern of dis-ease or unwellness. Most of my clients have tried "everything" in an attempt to get well and THRIVE before finally being able to unleash their own healing genius. Acupuncture is also a powerful tool to balance and empower the body to heal itself and when combined with PSYCH-K miracles can happen.
