Jade Martinez, AHE, AHC-Intern, MBA
Jade is a certified Ayurvedic Health Educator (AHE) from the California College of Ayurveda (CCA), an accredited (NCAE) California state-approved college for the study of Ayurveda. He is currently continuing his education at CCA and plans to receive his Ayurvedic Health Counselor (AHC) certificate by year end 2017. Ultimately, Jade aspires to become an Ayurvedic Doctor and is a member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA). He is the owner of Green Door Holistics, LLC, located in Grapevine, TX.
It is through Ayurveda that Jade has found relief for his high cholesterol and stress-related seizures that left him with hypoesthesia (loss of sense of touch). This has inspired Jade to share the wisdom of Ayurveda with his community as he continues his study of this powerful medicinal system.
Jade has bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Economics. He also earned his MBA and has worked in the US Aerospace Defense industry for the past 17 years. This experience provides him with a unique perspective and profound understanding of the daily work-life-family stressors that most people face.
Jade lives in Keller, TX with his wife and three kids. He will begin his Field Internship through the California College of Ayurveda in June 2017 when he will be accepting patients in the Dallas / Fort Worth area interested in alternative preventative medicine.
