After spending years with digestive issues and eating a very low fat diet she found her body was trying to tell her it was time to change. She began researching for her own health and others in her family and discovered what Hippocrates knew, Food is Medicine! After losing her father to Parkinson’s Disease in 2009 and seeing others in her family suffer from the same symptoms, she set her focus on Prevention through Nutrition. Using her knowledge of nutrition, her experience in health coaching, and professional culinary training, she will show you how to have it all.
